The SPRING/SUMMER 2026 block has started. This block runs from 27th April to 28th June and sees the addition of a Mums & Bubs class with Carrie and a Beginner Reformer with Agi. These weekly group Pilates classes are run in progressive blocks and taken by, or overseen by, our highly skilled physiotherapists. To book in to one of the few remaining places please call Reception.
All new clients must book in for an Initial Pilates Session with one of our Physiotherapists. This will not only ensure you get the most out of your class, but also ensure your safety and the safety of your classmates. We offer Initial Clinical Pilates sessions (1hr) or Express Initial Pilates sessions (30min) for those with previous pilates experience or a limited medical history. Click here to book
