The SPRING block has started (2nd March to 26th April). Check out the few remaining spaces across our timetable by selecting yes in AVAILABLE SPACES filter. These weekly group Pilates classes are run in progressive blocks and taken by, or overseen by, our highly skilled physiotherapists.
All new clients must book in for an Initial Pilates Session with one of our Physiotherapists. This will not only ensure you get the most out of your class, but also ensure your safety and the safety of your classmates. We offer Initial Clinical Pilates sessions (1hr) or Express Initial Pilates sessions (30min) for those with previous pilates experience or a limited medical history. Click here to book
If you are interested in more individualised sessions for a specific condition/injury or sports performance then you can book an Initial Pilates continue 1:1 or 1:2 sessions. Click here to book
