The SUMMER 2026 block is NOW open for priority booking. General booking will open on Tuesday 16th June at 9am. The block runs from 29th June to 30th August and sees the addition of a new Reformer class at 7am on Wednesday with Otto and Pilates for Feet, Ankles & Knees with Agi on Thursday at 4pm. These weekly group Pilates classes are run in progressive blocks and taken by, or overseen by, our highly skilled physiotherapists. Please book online or call Reception on (0131) 374 3434.
All new clients must book in for an Initial Pilates Session with one of our Physiotherapists. This will not only ensure you get the most out of your class, but also ensure your safety and the safety of your classmates. We offer Initial Clinical Pilates sessions (1hr) or Express Initial Pilates sessions (30min) for those with previous pilates experience or a limited medical history. Click here to book
