Our winter block classes are available to book either online or pop into the studio and book at Reception. The winter block starts on 20th October and runs to 21st December. Our Ankle Strength for Netball & Restorative Yoga workshops are also open to book. Please book your place on these workshops via BOOK ClASS button, use the filter "CLASS TYPE" select Workshops (2025) to see all the available workshops.
These weekly group Pilates classes are run in progressive blocks and taken by, or overseen by, our highly skilled physiotherapists.
All new clients must book in for an Initial Pilates Session with one of our Physiotherapists. This will not only ensure you get the most out of your class, but also ensure your safety and the safety of your classmates. We offer Initial Clinical Pilates sessions (1hr) or Express Initial Pilates sessions (30min) for those with previous pilates experience or a limited medical history. Click here to book
If you are interested in more individualised sessions for a specific condition/injury or sports performance then you can book an Initial Pilates continue 1:1 or 1:2 sessions. Click here to book
