Designed & led by a pelvic health specialist Each week builds progressively on the last, starting with reconnecting to your pelvic floor and deep core, then gradually increasing strength and movement complexity at a pace that's right for your postnatal body.. This carefully structured 9 week Pilates block is designed specifically for postnatal recovery and led by a qualified pelvic health specialist physiotherapist. You're in safe, expert hands from the very first session. WHO IT'S FOR Open to mums 8 weeks or more postnatal, following your GP check-up. GP clearance to resume exercise is required before joining and an Initial 1:1 Pilates Session is strongly recommended. Babies are warmly welcome to join — up to crawling stage. Equally, feel free to leave your baby at home and take this time for yourself. Small group setting — maximum 4 people per class — so you get personalised attention and a supportive environment.WHAT TO BRING Please bring your baby in a carrier or car seat where possible — this helps us make the most of the studio space. Bring a mat or soft cover for your baby if they'll be on the floor with you. If you need to bring a buggy, please let us know in advance — we'll do our very best to accommodate you.
