45 minutes Full body Pilates based circuit class, Suitable for all fitness levels. Each class will be designed to improve your strength, endurance and confidence with lifting weights - all incorporating the principles of pilates and with a string focus on posture, alignment, precision, breath, and working from the core! These classes will use a range of equipment including the pilates reformer, bodyweight exercises on the mat, kettlebells, dumbbells, spin bike and more.
