Join Agi to unleash the power and flexibility in your feet, knees and hips. These classes will addresses the root causes of hip and knee discomfort by targeting fascia, muscle knots, and deep tissue. The feet are regarded as the fundamental support for the body, and clinically we often see that incorporating appropriate stretches and exercises contribute to injury prevention and improved biomechanics. Optimal benefits for the feet are typically achieved through the performance of proper foot exercises, leading to enhanced mobility, strength and support.
