Pre and Post surgical management of hip osteoarthritis Wanting to learn more about how to manage your hip osteoarthritis? This workshop is to provide information about prehabilitation before your hip surgery to maximise strength and improve surgical outcomes. We will also talk about expectations of recovery after your surgery to get the most out of your new joint. Whether you are awaiting surgery or just wanting to know more about your hip pain come to learn evidence-based strategies for managing symptoms, including exercise and activity modification.
