Our Beginner/Improver reformer classes are ideal if you are new or returning to reformer pilates after a break. You will work with beginner and improver level exercises to strengthen and mobilise your body. You will learn about the reformer machine and to manage the machine and get the most from your workouts. The reformer allows a great level of feedback for the body, it's great to challenge the body with the resistance of the springs and straps. It can also offer support where needed. These classes are also great if you are returning to reformer after a break, or if you would like to revise the basics and your pilates technique.
